The Ram Ruck 'N' Roll Hit Shield is designed to help coach clearing out of the ruck sessions. Two sets of handles in two different positions for extra versatility when coaching.

Our recommendation is that the Junior is suitable for MEDIUM aged 7 upwards, and that the LARGE is suitable for adults (please check with your club or coach for personal advice).
